Ashkon Roozbehani provides direct representation, administrative law oversight, research, analysis and writing. Ashkon focuses on administrative law and due process concerns of low-income and dually eligible Medicare beneficiaries, and assists with efforts related to the Affordable Care Act.
Ashkon came to the Center from Cigna Healthcare where he was a Proposal Strategist for National and Taft-Hartley Accounts for four years. While working at Cigna, Ashkon completed his law degree at the University of Connecticut. He is admitted to the Connecticut and Massachusetts Bars. During law school, Ashkon led a health law group, worked as a law clerk at a firm in Wethersfield, CT and worked as a research assistant for Professor and health law expert, John A. Cogan. He is a member of the Massachusetts and Connecticut Bars.
