The Center for Medicare Advocacy prepares a monthly mailing on nursing home enforcement issues.  The mailings were originally prepared as part of a program of technical assistance to state survey agencies, and many of these agencies continue to subscribe to Enforcement.  Each newsletter contains a cover memorandum describing the latest developments in nursing home enforcement activities, including such things as Administration activities, Congressional hearings, federal and state legislation or reports, judges decisions, significant industry activities, significant newspaper series’, and information on state or federal litigation activities.   The mailing also includes copies of primary documents, particular those not available on the internet.
