Marcus Tilton is a Senior Consultant at the Center for Medicare Advocacy, Inc.  Mr. Tilton received his bachelor's degree in psychology from Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts and his Masters degree in education from Eastern Connecticut State University. Following a five year career teaching in the public schools, Mr. Tilton was an employee of the Connecticut Department of Social Services from 1980 until 2004.  Mr. Tilton was primarily responsible for seeking third party payment for health services provided under the Medicaid program.  Following his retirement from state service Mr. Tilton joined the Center staff as a consultant.
